A RESrS. UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCHPTING T~O (2) REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENTS FROM VINEYARD
NATIONAL BANK FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW/ 86-i? AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, Development Review No. 86-17 located at the northvest corner
of Rlusman Avenue and Foothill Boulevard, submitted by Vineyard National Bank
was approved on August 13, 1986; and
WltEREAS, undersrounding of overhead utilities, and construction of
one-half (1/2) the Median Island on l~oothill Boulevard established as
prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit, has been met by entry into a Real
Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreements by Vineyard National Bank.
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RES(~VED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreements, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTI~D this 4th day of February, 1987.
