This application was advertised as a public hearing on November 12, 2014, and January 28, 2015, in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin newspaper, the property as posted, and notices were mailed to all property owners within a B foot radius of the project site. . Based upon the substantial evidence presented to this Commission during the above-referenced public hearings and upon the specific findings of facts set forth in Paragraphs 1 and 2 above, this Commission hereby finds and concludes as follows: .
