An Encroachment Permit shall be obtained from the City Engineer prior to commencing any work. 2. All work shall be performed according to current City standards and the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction. W 3. Upon completion of installation, a maintenance period of one hundred and eighty (180) days is CONSTRUCTION PLANS W TRACT SITE _ > �� required prior to final acceptance of the work by the City. Maintenance period shall be adequate to verify plant characteristics and establishment. 10 IGHLAND AVENUE S. One controller chart shall be provided for each controller. The chart is to be a reduced drawing of the actual as-built system. However , in the event the controller sequence is not legible when the drawing is reduced, it shall be 13 9TH STREET enlarged to a size that will be readable when reduced. The chart shall be a blackline print PLANTING DETAILS & LEGENDS and a different color shall be used to show the area of coverage of each station.
