A. CALL TO ORDER
Al. The City of Rancho Cucamonga Public Art Committee regular meeting on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, in the Serrano
Conference Room at City Hall, located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California.
A2. Roll Call: Bryan Dopp, Ilianna Salas, Ebony McGee Andersen, Leslie Matamoros, Tina Gilfry
B. ANNOUNCEMENTS/ PRESENTATIONS
C. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
This is the time and place for the general public to address the Public Art Committee on any item
listed on the agenda. State law prohibits the Public Art Committee from addressing any issue not
previously included on the Agenda. Public Art Committee may receive testimony and set the matter
for a subsequent meeting. Comments are to be limited to three minutes per individual.
D. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
D1. Consideration to approve the minutes of March 4, 2025,
D2. Verbal update on the Status of the Public Art Fund.
D3. Verbal update on current fiscal year public art projects and initiatives.
D4. Verbal update on the proposed projects for Fiscal Year 2025,'2026.
D5. Verbal update on the next Public Art Committee meeting date.
E. ADJOURNMENT

I, Allison Town, Public Art Committee Secretary, or my designee, hereby certifies that a true, accurate copy of
the foregoing agenda was posted on May 27, 2025, at least Seventy -Two (72) hours prior to the meeting per

MEETING MINUTES
March 4, 2025 - 5.30 p.m.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The City of Rancho Cucamonga Public Art Committee quorum was not met therefore a regular
meeting on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, in the Serrano Conference Room at City Hall, located at
10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California was not held.
Present: Committee Members Bryan Dopp and Tina Gilfry
Absent: Leslie Matamoros, Ilianna Salas, Ebony McGee Andersen
Also Present: Allison Town, Management Analyst I, Jennifer Nakamura, Planning Director and Kim
Sevy, City Clerk.
B. Announcements/ Presentations
Oaths of Office were administered by Kim Sevy for the re -appointment of Planning Commissioner
Bryan Dopp, and new appointment of Rancho Cucamonga Community and Arts Foundation Board
Member, Tina Gilfry, to the Public Art Committee.
C. Public Communications
None.
D. Committee Business
None. (Due to lock of quorum)
E. ADJOURNMENT
Staff Liaison Allison Town adjourned the meeting due to a lack of quorum at 5:45 p.m.
