Present Committee Members: Lisa MorgaPerales, Velma Gilbert, Pascal Pangestu,
Matthew Parmental, Dave Terry, and Denise Garzaro.

Committee Member April McAllaster's, Oath of Offic will be scheduled at a later dat;
due to her absence.
Committee Member Velma Gilbert nominated Dave Terry as Chair and Committee
Member Denise Garzaro nominated Matthew Parmental as Vice -Chair. Committee
Member Velma Gilbert motioned to approve, Committee Member Lisa Morgan-Perales
seconded, and the item was unanimously approved by the Committee.

A discussion concerning the February 21, 2023, Minutes ensued. Committee Member
Denise Gar arc motioned to approve the amended February 21, 2023 Minutes, and
