Environmental Review Staff finds that the project qualifies for a Category 1 CEQA exemption under State CEQA guidelines 15301 — Existing Facilities, as the proposal constitutes the leasing of an existing warehouse and does not include any expansion of the existing structure. Noticing • Notices were mailed to all property owners within 1500 feet of the project site (72 property owners) on July 28, 2025, and published in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin on July 30, 2025 . Physical notices of the public hearing were also posted on the subject site on July 30. • To date, staff has received no inquiries regarding this project. Recommendation • Staff recommends approval of DRC2025-00101 through the adoption of the subject resolution and Conditions of Approval .
