HomeMy WebLinkAbout97-098 - ResolutionsRESOLUTION NO. 97-098 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 14139, LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 25TH STREET AND ETIWANDA AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK WHEREAS, the construction of improvements for Tract 14139, located on the southeast corner of 25th Street and Etiwanda Avenue, have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and, WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 1997.
