•Previously approved project subject to standard
conditions, including two -year expiration date;
•Original expiration date of entitlement is November
8, 2025
•Citing macroeconomic factors, applicant is
requesting two -year extension of entitlement for new
expiration date of November 8, 2027

PROPOSED PROJECT
•The approved project qualified as a Class 32
exemption under CEQA (CEQA Guidelines
Section 15332 – In -Fill Development Projects)
•The proposed time extension does cause any
changes to the project other than extending
expiration dates, thus no new impacts.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
•Notices were mailed to all property owners within
1,500 feet on September 9th, 2025, and
published in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin on
September 10th, 2025. The project site was also
posted with physical notices on the same day;
•To date, staff has not received any inquiry on the
project.
