A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 14691
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 14691, submitted by Rancon Realty
Fund III, and consisting of a subdivision of 6.0 acres of land into 2 parcels, located at the south side
of Foothill Boulevard, east of Aspen Street in the Industrial Park District (subarea 7) of the Industrial
Area Specific Plan (APN 208-352-80), was approved by the Planning Commission on February 12,
1997; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 14691 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
Final Map by the City Council of said City have been met by Rancon Realty Fund III, a California
Limited Partnership as Developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that said Parcel Map Number 14691 is hereby approved and
authorize the City Clerk to attest and the City Engineer to present same to the County Recorder
to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1997.
