DRC2026-00009 5 ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW •Notices were mailed to all property owners within 660 feet of the project site on March 24th, 2026; •Site was posted with seven notices on March 25 th , 2026; •A legal advertisement was placed in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin Newspaper on March 26 th , 2026. DRC2026-00009 6 NOTICING RECOMMENDATION RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval of Time Extension DRC2026-00009 through the adoption of Resolution 2026-010 with the attached conditions of approval.
