~EAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho O~monga recogni~
that effective July 1, 1994 the Oounty of San BexTaax~u~ increased the tc~mage
fees for refuse collection, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~amor~a has
determined that it is rmc~y for the efficient operation and management of
the residential and c~mercial/industrial refuse collection service within
Rancho O~a~x~a that the maximum rates be adjusted.
NOW, THEREFORE, the CityOouncil of theCityofRanchoCucamongadoes
hereby resolve that the rates listed belowbecome effective September 7, 1994:
<barges for Service - Residential.

Basic Ir~ividual Residential Unit rate utilizing curb service
and individual payment.
1. Maximum monthly rate $17.30 per service.
Maximum monthly rate differential for service north of
Banyan Street $0.70 per service.
3. Maximum monthly rate for senior citizen $10.90.

Senior citizen shall be anyone sixty-two (62) years old,
head of household, and have a request with permittee.

Mult~le Residential Unit rate utilizing curb service ardgroup
payment.
Maximum monthly rate shall be $17.30 for th~ first unit and
$16.30 for each unit thereafter.

D. Temporary service (less than thirty (30) days).
1. Three (3) cubic yard c~ainers:
a. Maximum rate of $82.80 f~r seven (7) days at location.
b. Maximum rate of $50.75 f~r each additional service
(dump).
2. Roll-off container up to maximum forty (40) cubic yards.
a. Ma~ rate of $397.50 p~r service (dt~), however,
container shall be serviced (dumped) at least c~ce
every seven (7) days.
E. Charges for Curbside Residential Recycling
1. Basic Individual Residential Unit rate utilizing curbside
recycling service and individual payment.
a. Maximum monthly rate $2.00 per service.
2. Multiple Residential Unit rate utilizing curb service
a. Maximum monthly rate $1.50 per service.
SMCTION 2: Charges for Service - C~m~rcial/~ial.
A. C~m~rcial and Industrial rate utilizing c~e and c~=-half (1-
1/2) cubic y~rd refuse c~ta~.
1. Maximum monthly rate shall be as follows in respect to
frequency of service:
a. One service w~kly $ 84.55 $ 126.82
