INOORPORATE PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATIONS AND SALARY AND
B~qEFITS FOR LIBRARY SERVICES POSITIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR
1993/94
WHt~qY3~, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
determined that it is necessay for the efficient operation and management of
the City that policies be est~_blished prescribing salary ranges, benefits, and
holidays and other policies for employees of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga recognizes
that it competes in a marketplaoe to obtain qualified personnel to perform and
provide municipal servioes, and that compensation and conditions of employment
must be sufficiently attractive to recruit and retain qualified employees;
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the transfer of City library
services from the County to the City;
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVt~ by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
