A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOL~CIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~0
OJCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AM~qD~ RESOLUTION NO. 93-142A TO
1993/94
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
determined that it is ~ay for the efficient operation and manag~nent of
the City that policies be estm_blished prescribing salary ranges, benefits, and
holidays and other policies for employees of the City of Rancho C%lca~z3a; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~a~gnga recognizes
that it competes in a marketplace to obtain qualified personnel to perform and
provide municipal services, and that compensation and conditions of employment
must be sufficiently attractive to recruit and retain qualified employees;
WHEREAS, the City Council barn approved the transfer of City library
services from the County to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
