A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
C~JCAMONGA, CAT.TFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPRDV~4t~VI~
FOR PARCEL MAP 11472 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPTON FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map
11472 have been cc~pleted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, R~ORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the city Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 1993.
