A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NO. 15731, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 15731, submitted by MDC Rancho Two, LLC,
and consisting of a subdivision of 2.95 acres of land into 2 parcels, located at the southeast
corner of White Oak and Elm avenues, in the Industrial Park District (Subarea 7) was approved
by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on May 22, 2002; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 15731 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the Improvement
Securities by MDC Rancho Two, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement, Improvement
Securities submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and that said Parcel Map No. 15731 be and the same is hereby approved and the
City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
