A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A 60' DEDICATION ON 6TH STREET AS
OFFERED FOR STREET AND RELATED PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve
as fol 1 ows:
SECTION 1: The offer to dedicate to the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, the property herein described for street and related purposes
recorded in the official records of San Bernardino County as Document No.
82-162128 is hereby accepted. Said property is described as follows:
That portion of Lot 39, Map of Rochester, in the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 9, Page 20 of
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County
lying Westerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point in the North line of said Lot 39
North 89° 43'17" East 60.00 feet from the Northwest corner
of said Lot; thence South O0° 09'18" West parallel with
the West line of said Lot 118.68 feet to the beginning of.~
a tangent curve concave Westerly having a radius of 610.00
feet; thence Southerly along said curve through a central
angle of 20° 20'24" an arc length of 216.55 feet to a
point in the South line of said Lot said point being
Easterly 21.97 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
a certified copy of this resolution to be filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1987.
