A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT
CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT BY DEWEY HARDCASTLE, FOR PARCEL
MAP 9995 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN
THE SAME
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 9995, located on the north side of 23rd
Street, 800' east of Etiwanda Avenue, submitted by Dewey Hardcastle was
approved on September 10, 1986, by Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, installation of street improvements and undergrounding of
overhead utilities, established as prerequisite to recording the final map has
been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
by Dewey Hardcastle.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1987.
