A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT, RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING THE ROOF REPAIR FOR THE FIRE OPERATIONS
BUILDING LOCATED AT 6623 AMETHYST STREET,
CONTRACT NO. FD 04-001 AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Roof Repair for the Fire Operations Building located at 6623 Amethyst Street,
Contract No. FD 04-001, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the City of Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection
District hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer
is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 21" day of April 2004.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed, approved, and
adopted by the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection
District, at a Regular Meeting of said Board held on the 21" day of April 2004.
