HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-691 - Resolutions ITEM RESOLVED RESOLUTION NOT NEEDED RESOLUTION NO. 87-691 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT 9549 ROBERDS COURT. APN 202-161-09 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CALIFORNIA CODES FOR STREETS AND HIGHWAYS SECTION 5870 THR~ 5880 MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS CMAPTER 27 OF IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1911 WHEREAS, on December 1, 1987, the City Engineer acting under the authority of the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga had posted at the subject location a Formal Notice to Construct Public Improvements. WHEREAS, on this date December 16, 1987, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has met to hear all protests or objections from any interested parties to the Order to Construct; and upon hearing all objections, resolves in the common interest of public health, safety and welfare for the City of Rancho Cucamonga that public improvement be made at 9549 Roberds Court and hereby resolves and otherwise issues an "Order to Construct" street frontage improvements consisting of parking lane pavements, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, parkway gradings, drive approaches and street lights and all incidentals thereto in conformance to the "Standard Drawings" of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, 1984 Edition with supplements through 1987, with all plans and construction work being subject to review and permit by the Engineering Division of the Community Development Department of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. Ail work shall commence within sixty (60) days of the execution of this resolution and if not commenced or provision made therefore to the satisfaction of this City Council, the City Engineer, acting as Superintendent of Streets, shall cause such construction to be made, and in pursuance to the statutes of the California Codes for Street & Highways shall proceed with actions to assess the costs therefore as tax lien upon that real property described as: APN 202-161-09 That land situated in the State of California, County of San Bernardino and described as follows: That portion of Lot 6, Block 8, Cucamonga Homestead Association, in the City of Rancho Cuemmonga, as per plat recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Page 46, San Bernardino County Records described as follows: Commencing at a point on the North llne of Base Line Road 165 feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot 6; thence North 300.84 feet, more or less, to the South llne of Roberds Court as deeded to the County of San Bernardlno by deed recorded February 13, 1931, in Book 699, Page 185, Official Records; thence East along the South line of said Roberds Court, 160.93 feet, more or less to Resolution No. 87-691 Page 2 the East line of westerly 10 acres of Lots 5 and 6, Block 8 of said Cucamonga Homestead Association; thence South along the East line of said Lot 6; being also the North line of Base Line Road; thence West along the North line of Base Line Road 160.93 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
