A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANGHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT A~REEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR CUP 86-06 (PARCEL MAP 9670,
PARCEL 2)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
has for its consideration an Improvement A6reement executed on April 16. 1987,
by Kensley-Noon Properties as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein. and
generally located on the northwest comer of Sixth Street and Buffalo Avenues
and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~reement and subj act to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, CUP 86-06 (Parcel Map 9670, Parcel 2)= and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~reement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
A~reement.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucemonga, California, that said Improvement A~reement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOFrED this 4th day of November, 1987.
