A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
CUCAMON~A, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PIFELINE LI~NSE
BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION
COMPANY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STORM DRAIN FACILITIES
WITHIN THE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN CONJUNCTION WITH
DEVELOPMENT OF TRACT NO. 13022 (VICTORIA GROVES)
WHEREAS, storm drain facilities are required to be installed within
the Southern Pacific Transportation Company right-of-way near the EnSineer, s
Station 2203+64, Mile Post 524.91, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, for project, Tract No. 13022 (Victoria Groves); and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rencho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration a Pipeline License between the Southern Pacific
Transportation Company and the City for the right to install the storm drain
facilities at the above location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Pipeline License be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to siEn
same on behalf of the city of Rancho Cucamonga.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1987.
