A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR CARNELIAN STREET PARKWAY RETROFIT, FROM VINEYARD
AVENUE TO SOUTH OF BASE LINE ROAD, CONTRACT NO. 89-089
AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Carnelian Street
Parkway Retrofit, from Vineyard Avenue to south of Base Line Road, Contract
No. 89-089, have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1990.
