A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM EIGHTH
STREET INDUSTRIAL PARK, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 88-218 accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement from Eighth Street Industrial Park, a California Limited
Partnership; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
was recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on
May 12, 1988, as Document No. 88-149717; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer
requi red.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement from DR 86-43 (See attached Exhibit "A") and that the City Clerk
shall cause Release of Lien to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1990.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
That portion of Lot 31, Cucamonga Fruit Lands, lying South of the Santa Fe
Railroad Company, in Section 9, Township I South, Range 7 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, as
per Plat recorded in Book 4 of Maps, Page 9, Records of said County.
Excepting the North 50 fee.t interest as conveyed to San Bernardino and Santa
Fe Railroad Company (AKA Santa Fe Railroad), referred to Deed Recorded June 2,
1887, in Book 57, Page 479, of deeds.
Also excepting therefrom all mineral rights without the right of surface
entry, as conveyed fromm Daisy S. Baird, a widow and Genevieve B. Weiss, a
married woman, to Arthur S. Warren, a married man as his sole and separate
property, recorded April 3, 1970, in Book 7418, Page 102, Official Records.
