A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
WHEREAS, the State of California requires a resolution authorizing
the Department of General Services to purchase items from a state contract for
local agency use; and
WHEREAS, purchase from a state contract results in considerable
savings.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve and authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General
Services of the State of California to purchase materials, supplies, and
equipment for and on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga pursuant to
Section 14814, Government Code, and that the Purchasing Agent is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 1990.
