A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 12832 (DAY
CREEK BOULEVARD)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on July 18, 1990, by
William Lyon Company as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real 'Property specifically described therein, and generally
located on proposed Day Creek Boulevard between Highland Avenue and Victoria
Park Lane; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12832 (Day Creek Boulevard);
and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and accom-
panied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1990.
