A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL
INITIAL STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FOR
THE PROPOSED MODIFICATION OF THE EXISTING TRAFFIC SIGNAL
AT FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AND HAVEN AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has review-
ed all available input concerning the proposed modification of the existing
traffic signal at Foothill Boulevard and Haven Avenue; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the
Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Categorical Exemption
for the proposed modification of the existing traffic signal at Foothill
Boulevard and Haven Avenue.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1990.
