A RESOLUTI(IN OF ~HE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

THE CITY COUNCIL OF IHE CITY OF RANCHO O3CAMONC4% DOES H~REBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
S]DCTION 1: ~he offer to dedicate to the City of Ranc/3o Cucamonga,
State of California, the pr~ herein described for Street, Highway and
related purposes, is hereby accepted. Said pro~ is described as follows:
A 6-foot wide easement, within Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 8648, in
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, County of San ~, State of
California, said map being recorded August 1, 1985, in Book 97 of
Parcel Maps at Page 87 t~ 89 in the Office of the Recorder of
said county, ard more particularly described as follows:
C~m~encing at the most nobly corner of said Parcel Map No.
8648, said corner lying in the centerline of Jersey Boulevard (now
known as Boston Place) as shown on said map;
Thence along the northerly boundary line of said Parcel Map No. 8648
North 89o43,21,, Fm.~t a distance of 27.00 feet to the northeast corner
of Parcel 3, said corner being the true point of beg~ of that
certain parcel of land hereinafter described;
~nence continuing along said northerly boundary line North 89o43,21''
East a distance of 6.00 feet;

215.77 feet to the beginn/ng of a tangent 96.00 foot radius curve
concave easterly;
Thence southerly along said curve through a central angle of

feet to the beginning of a tangent 102.00 foot radius curve concave
easterly;
Thence northerly along said 102.00 foot radius curve through a

feet to the true point of beginning;

S~CTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
a certified copy of this resolution to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San B~, State of California.
