HomeMy WebLinkAbout91-322 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 91-322 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO C/3CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP ~3MBER 13724 AND IMPROVEMENT AGREFMENT, WITH THE RECORDATION OF SAID MAP SX/53ECT TO FULYlLLMENT OF THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, SUBMITTAL OF SECURITIES, AND NORMAL PROCESSING TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE CITY ENGINEER AND CITY ATIlDRNEY WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 13724, submitted by Foothill Marketplace Partners, and consisting of fifteen parcels located on the south side of Foothill Boulevard between Interstate 15 and Etiwanda Avenue being a division of sixty acres of a retail/commercial center was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on June 26, 1991, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 13724 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and WHEREAS, a requirement established as prerequisite to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City has now been met by entry into an Improv~t Agreement to be guaranteed by acceptable securities by Foothill Marketplace Partners as developer; and WHEREAS, certain conditions of approval, submittal of securities, and normal processing issues have not been complete; and WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Parcel Map offering for dedication, for street, highway and related highway purposes, the streets delineated thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that the offers for dedication and the final map delineating the same for said'Parcel Map No. 13724 is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record when the Developer has fulfilled the conditions of approval, suhnitted securities for said Improvement Agreement in acceptable form and content, and performed normal processing to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and City Attorney.
