A RESOLLrI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
FOR PARCEL MAP 11891 AND AUIPDRIZING THE F/LING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THEW~RK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 11891
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Ommpletion is recp~ired to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, ~5{EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Co~01etion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPlq~this 18thday of Se~, 1991.
