WHEREAS, the co~-truction of public im~rovement~ for Tract 13565 24th
Street T~n4.~ape have been o0mpleted to the satisfaction of the City Er~ineer;
WHEREAS, a Notice of CUmpletion is requ/red to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~pletion with the County Recorder of
