A RESOLUTION OF q/4E CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF ~

WfD~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolutic~ No. 91-194 establishing a O~ive Fee Schedule; and
~EAS, current rates of user fees for recreation activities and
~/~REAS, all consumable costs are to be recovered; and
WH~I~EAS, the following group~ are defined:
G~oup 1: City of Rancho O___w~mn~g~ sponsored and ~ events;
G~oup 2: City resident not-for-profit, civic, athletic, social
organizations whose managemerfc is not paid and organizations sponsor~ a
public forum or candidate's night.
G~m~p 3: City resi__Rent not-for-profit, civic, athletic, social
organizations who has paid ma~.
Group 4: City resident private party activity, City resident
raisers; City resident oolleqe arganizati~ ar~ c~,m. lttees; work parties and

religious organizations, non-resident not-for-profit, civic and social
resident private party activity, non-resident employee associations.

religious organizations.
B. Resolution.
NOW, ~{EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho ~ does
hereby resolve as follows:
Section 6.0 - Recreation Fees
Field Lights: C~mL~ncing in calendar year 1992 and ~ until
fifty peroent (50%) of the costs of electricity used to provide light to that
user group. This charge shall be reviewed prior to the first date of each
year in which it is in effect su~ to calendar year 1992.

Classes: Omm~encing in calendar year 1992, each user shall be

for the staff time. When a damage depoeit is re~,~ed, the charge is $200.00.

(~he piano is tuned by the City twice a year. If the piano does not meet the
star~ of the user, the City will arrange for tuning at the user's sole
expense. Tuning fees will be ~ to rental cost. )
C~m~/nity Amphi~~: ~he following are hourly rental fees for
amphi~t~s. ~he first hour of monitoring is included in the stage rental
for Group~ 2 and 3.

Tournaments: A $50.00 no~-refundable deposit is requ~ed to reserve
fields. Said deposit shall apply to final field rental totals. Should there
be a need for City staff to oversee and oou~dinate activities, the fee is
$10.86 per hour. ~he re~ shall meet all liability insurance require-
ments for usage of facilities and ~x~vide additional equi~a~nt nccded to hold
the tournament at their own cost.

Other non-profit groups bringing in snack bars (i.e. trailers) will be charged
a flat $300.00 seasonal permit fee, unless group is participating in a City
Nc~-Resident Charge: A $5.00 fee shall be paid by each non-resident,
each class, each team, each seaso~ to participate in city sponsored classes.
Said fee is payable at the time of registration.
