ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN FONTANA PAVING INC. , AS CONTRACTOR, AND THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS OF SAID DISTRICT ON
THE 24TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1968, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN SAID DISTRICT, HAS BEEN FULFILLED AND
PERFORMED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS OF SAID DISTRICT, THAT THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS OF
