A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
COMMISSION FOR THE ADOPTION OF ZONE CHANGE NO.
78-03 TO ORDINANCE NO. 17 BY CHANGING THE ZONE
FROM R-1 TO AP FOR 4.2 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED
ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HERMOSA AVENUE AND
19'STREET - ASSESSOR PARCEL NO. 202-191-13.
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of October, 1978, a complete application
was filed for review on the above described property; and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of November, 1978, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a meeting to consider the above described project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved
as follows:
SECTION 1: That the following findings have been made:
1. That the subject property is suitable for the uses
permitted in the proposed zone in terms of access,
size, and compatibility with existing and future
land use in the surrounding area; and
2. The proposed zone change would not have significant
impact on the environment nor the surrounding pro-
perties; and
3. That there is reasonable probability that the land use
proposed will be consistent with the general plan pro-
posal being considered.
4. There is little or no probability of substantial
detriment to or interference with the future adopted
general plan if the use proposed is ultimately in-
consistent with the general plan.
SECTION 2: That this project will not create significant adverse
impacts on the environment and a Negative Declaration is issued on November
22, 1978.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1978.
