A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING
CCMMISSION FOR THE ADOPTION OF ZONE CHANGE NO.
78-01 TO ORDINANCE NO. 17 BY CHANGING THE ZONE
FROM R-1 TO A-P FOR 1.629 ACRES LOCATED AT 9033
BASELINE - ASSESSORS PARCEL NO. 208-011-66
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of September, 1978, an application was filed and
accepted on the above described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of October, 1978, the Planning Commission held a
duly advertised public hearing pursuant to Section 65854 of the California Govern-
ment Code.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following
findings:
1. That the subject property is suitable for the uses permitted
in the proposed zone in terms of access, size, and compati-
bility with existing land use in the surrounding area;
2. The proposed zone change would not have significant impact
on the environment nor the surrounding properties; and
3. That the proposed zone change is in conformance with the
proposed General Plan.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has found that this
project will not create a significant adverse impact on the environment and
has issued a Negative Declaration on October 25, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That pursuant to Section 65850 to 65855 of the California
Government Code, that the Planning Commission of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga hereby recommends approval on the 25th
day of October, 1978, Zone Change No. 78-01.
2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City
Council approve and adopt Zone Change No. 78-01.
3. That a Certified Copy of this Resolution and related
material hereby adopted by the Planning Commission shall
be forwarded to the City Council.
