A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA~PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ZONE CHANGE
NO. 79-05 REQUESTING A CHANGE IN THE ZONING
FROM R-1 TO A-P FOR 0.56 ACRES LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BERYL AND BASELINE
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 208-011-63
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of April, 1979, an application was filed and
accepted on the above described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of June, 1979, the Planning Commission held a
duly advertised public hearing pursuant to Section 65854 of the California
Government Code.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
1. That the subject property is suitable for the uses
permitted in the proposed zone in terms of access,
size, and compatibility with existing land use in
the surrounding area;
2. The proposed zone change would not have significant
impact on the environment nor the surrounding prov
perties; and
3. That the proposed zone change is in conformance with
the General Plan.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamong~ Planning Commission has found that this
project will not create a significant adverse impact on the environment
and has issued a Negative Declaration on June 27, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
i. That pursuant to Section 65850 to 65855 of the California
Government Code, that the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby recommends approval on the
27th day of June, 1979, Zone Change No. 79-05.
2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City
Council approve and adopt Zone Change No. 79-05.
3. That a Certified Copy of this Resolution and related
material hereby adopted by the Planning Commission shall
be forwarded to the City Council.

a regular meeting of the Planning Cormnission held on the 27th day of June, 1979,
by the following vote to-wit:
