A ~SOLUTION OF ME P~ING CO~ISSION OF ME
CI~ OF RANCHO ~C~ONGA EST~LISHING SUBDIVISION
ACCESS ]2fPROV~ENT POLIO.
~EREAS, the Planning Co~ission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
wishes to discourage the proliferation of private unimproved streets; and
~EREAS, it is necessary to est~lish fir policy guideline to
info~ property o~ers of the City goals.
NOW, MEREFORE, BE IS RESOLVED MD ESTABLISHED, that as a condition
of approval of any Parcel Map, Parcel Map Wa~er, Tract Map or Lot Line
Adjustment an applicant shall have access to a fully dedicated and maintained
City street. Here dedications and improvements do not exist, the ~plicant
shall obtain a minimum of forty (40) feet of dedication and improve with
twenty-six (26) feet of pavement needed street frontage to reach the nearest
ma~tained City street.
Variations from this policy will require approval of the City Engineer
of the City of Ran~o Cucamonga s~ject to appeals to the Planning Co~ission.
