HomeMy WebLinkAbout05-211 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 05-211 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 16090 WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 16090, submitted by Fairway Business Centre, LLC, and consisting of a subdivision of 3.6 acres of land into 2 parcels, located at the northwest corner of Milliken Avenue and 7th Street, in the Mixed Use District of the Rancho Cucamonga Subarea 18 Specific Plan, was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on April 23, 2003; and WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 16090 is the final map of the division of land approved as shown on the Tentative Parcel Map; and WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by Fairway Business Centre, LLC, as developer. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Parcel Map No. 16090 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
