A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
FUEL TANK RETROFIT WITH ABOVEGROUND FUEL TANKS
FOR THE FIRE STATIONS NO'S. 171, 172, 174 & 175 AND
CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA ADULT SPORTS
COMPLEX, CONTRACT NO. FD 05-007 AND AUTHORIZING
THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
WORK
WHEREAS, the Fuel Tank Retrofit with Aboveground Fuel Tanks for the Fire Stations No's.
171, 172, 174 & 175 and City Of Rancho Cucamonga Adult Sports Complex,
Contract No. 05-007, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves, that
the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file
a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
