RESOLUTION NO. 89-222
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALI FORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13304
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13304, consisting of 59 lots,
submitted by Lewis Homes of California, Subdivider, located on the northwest
corner of Terra Vi sta Parkway and Mounta in View Drive has been submitted to
the City of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider for approval by said City as
provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of Cal ifornia, and in
compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements establ i shed as prerequi site to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by sa id
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for street and highway
purposes the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That sa id Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certi ficate thereon on
behal f of said City.
NOT APPROVED this 17th day of May, 1989.
