FD 06-033 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 88-1 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006/07 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District (formerly Foothill Fire Protection District, hereinafter referred to as the "legislative body") has initiated proceedings, held a public hearing, conducted an election and received a favorable vote from the qualified electors relating to the levy of a special tax in a community facilities district, all as authorized pursuant to the terms and provisions of the"Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982", as amended, being Chapter 2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of California. This Community Facilities is designated as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO.88- 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "District'); and WHEREAS, this legislative body has received and reviewed a budget for fiscal year 2006/07 for the District. NOW,THEREFORE,the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows: SECTION 1: Adoption of Budget. The Board of Directors hereby approves and adopts the budget designated: "Mello-Roos Community Facilities District No. 88-1 Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2006/07" and is on file in the office of the District and available for public inspection.
