A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT,
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, FIXING A FINAL
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2006 THROUGH
JUNE 30, 2007
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District adopted its
General Fund Preliminary Budget on June 22, 2006, and made said preliminary
budget available for inspection by interested taxpayers; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors noticed a time and place for a public hearing regarding the
preliminary budget; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District conducted
said hearing in accordance with requirements set forth in the Health and Safety
Code of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga
Fire Protection District does hereby adopt the General Fund Final Budget for the
District for fiscal year 2006/07 and is hereby fixed and established as set forth and
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed, approved, and adopted by the
Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District, at a Special
Meeting of said Board held on the 19`" day of July, 2006.
