A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT,
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE STATION NO. 176 LOCATED AT
5840 EAST AVENUE, CONTRACT NO. FD 03-001 AS
COMPLETE AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of Fire Station No. 176 located at 5840 East
Avenue, Contract No. FD 03-001 has been completed to the satisfaction of the Fire Chief; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work is
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
Protection District hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the Fire Chief is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County.

adopted by the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection
