HomeMy WebLinkAbout98-226 - ResolutionsRESOLUTION NO. 98-226 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCH CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TAPIA VIA STREET IMPROVEMENTS, FROM GROVE AVENUE TO RANCHERIA STREET, CONTRACT NO. 98-0'12, AND AUTHORIZING TE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tapia Via Street Improvements, from Grove Avenue to Rancheria Street, Contract No. 98-012, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and complete. WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed certifying the work NOW, THEREFORE, the City council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1998.
