A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER, DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING SERVICES, OR DIRECTOR
OF PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES TO APPROVE AND EXECUTE MASTER
AGREEMENTS, PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENTS, FUND
EXCHANGE AGREEMENTS, AND/OR FUND TRANSFER AGREEMENTS
FOR ADMINISTRATION OF FEDERAL AND/OR STATE GRANT
FUNDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA AND THE
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, AND ALL
RELATED DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga is eligible to receive Federal and/or State funding
for certain Transportation Projects, through the California Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange
Agreements, and/or Fund Transfer Agreements need to be executed with the California Department
of Transportation before such funds can be claimed; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to delegate authority to approve and execute these agreements,
amendments, and related documents thereto to the City Manager, Director of Engineering Services,
or Director of Public Works Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES, to authorize the City Manager, Director of Engineering Services, or Director of
Public Works Services, to approve and execute all Master Agreements, Program Supplement
Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, and/or Fund Transfer Agreements along with all related
documents.
