HOME EXPERIENCE SHARING ORDINANCE 3 Amend Section 17.140.020 •add definitions for “Home experience sharing” and “Residential amenity” •To add home experience sharing as a prohibited land use in all zones. HOME EXPERIENCE SHARING ORDINANCE 4 •Statutorily Exempt from The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under: o Section 15060(C)(2) - the a ctivity will not result in a direct or rea sona bly foreseea ble indirect physica l cha nge in the environment. o Section 15061(B)(3) - the genera l rule tha t CEQ A a pplies only to projects which ha ve the potentia l for ca using a significa nt effect on the environment, of CEQ A. HO ME EXPERIENCE SHARING O RDINANCE ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW 5 •Notice of the public hearing was published in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin on April 9, 2026. •To date, staff have received no inquiries regarding this project. HOME EXPERIENCE SHARING ORDINANCE 6 RECOMMENDATION 7 RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends of Resolution No. 26 -012 recommending the City Council approve Municipal Code Amendment DRC2026-00097, prohibiting Home Experience Sharing in all zones.
