•The City Council adopted Interim Urgency
Ordinance No. 1030 establishing a moratorium
on the use in all zones.
•City Council extended the Urgency Ordinance
twice.
•The current moratorium is set to expire
September 17, 2026.

•add definitions for “Home experience sharing” and
“Residential amenity”
•To add home experience sharing as a prohibited
land use in all zones.
