CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
The City Council held a Special Meeting on Monday, May 11, 2026 in the Randall Lewis Second Story and BeyondO, 12505
Cultural Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California. Mayor Michael called the meeting to order at 1:04 p.m.
CALL TO ORDER
Present were Council Members: Ryan Hutchison, Kristine Scott, Ashley Stickler, Mayor Pro Tem Lynne Kennedy, and Mayor
L. Dennis Michael.
Also present were: E;lisa C. Cox, City Manager, Mike McCliman,Assistant City Manager/Fire Chief; Peter Castro, Deputy City
Manager; and Julie A. Sowles, Deputy City Manager.
