CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS AGREEMENT FOR
PARTICIPATION WITH THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA QUAKES BASEBALL CLUB
•CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS will receive one (1)
concourse sign measuring approximately 4’ x 8’. This signage will be featured at all 66 Quakes
regular season and playoff home games, plus any additional events at LoanMart Field during each
season covered by this agreement. This package includes initial signage production and
maintenance.
•CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS will receive title sponsorship
of the HEALTHY RC On-Field Promotion (to be mutually agreed upon promotion) to occur between
innings at a minimum of twenty (20) Quakes regular season home games during each season
covered by this agreement. This on-field promotion will be designed to highlight recycling while
entertaining fans. This sponsorship includes public address announcements and logo recognition on
the video wall during each occurrence. All exposure and execution of this promotion will be provided
by the Quakes.
•CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS will receive title sponsorship
of HEALTHY RC RECYCLE TUESDAYS to take place at LoanMart Field during each year of this
agreement. HEALTHY RC Recycle Tuesdays will take place at every regular season Tuesday home
game during each season covered by this agreement (unless specifically excluded below). On
HEALTHY RC Recycle Tuesdays, fans can visit the Quakes website at RCQuakes.com and pledge
to recycle eight (8) CRV eligible cans, bottles, etc. in exchange for a Club Seat ticket to the game.
Rules and fees for redemption will apply. HEALTHY RC and the Quakes will mutually agree upon
the final on-line redemption process. HEALTHY RC will be included in all the pre-event advertising
used to promote the redemption process and these nights. The Rancho Cucamonga Quakes will
handle all the costs and logistics of this promotional night. HEALTHY RC will receive the following
exposure (but not limited to) as title sponsor of each of these major promotional nights:
•Title sponsorship of eight (8) HEALTHY RC Recycle Tuesdays in 2026 season,
specifically excludes 4/14/26 and 5/5/26
•Opportunity to staff an information table on the Quakes outer concourse
•Logo recognition on the video wall
•Live in-stadium public address announcements
•Mention in the Quakes promotional pocket schedules
•Mention in the Quakes nightly program
•Mentions on the Quakes website and e-mail blasts
•Live announcer drop-ins by Quakes Radio Broadcaster during Quakes radio broadcasts

on the night of the event and leading up to your event
•Opportunity to provide a promotional video spot for the Stadium video wall on the night of
the event
•Opportunity to have a representative throw out the ceremonial first pitch on the night of the
event
•CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS will receive four (4) flex
packs, to include:
o One Hundred (100) Club Seat Undated Ticket Vouchers redeemable for any regular
season Quakes home game
o These vouchers can be redeemed at the Quakes Ticket Office at LoanMart Field for club
seats, based on availability
o The City of Rancho Cucamonga - Environmental Programs can also work with the Quakes to
use these ticket vouchers to arrange a staff group night event (if desired)
•CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS will receive a logo on the
Sponsor Page of the QUAKES website, www.RCQUAKES.com, including a link back to your
company’s website.
•CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS will receive the opportunity
to place a one-page promotional insert into the QUAKES Digital Program for one game during
each season of this agreement.
•CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS will receive invitations to
Sponsors’ Night with the QUAKES at LoanMart Field each season.
•CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS will receive the opportunity
to use the QUAKES logo, marks and name to promote your partnership with the team, with team
approval.
•CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS will receive the opportunity
to schedule the QUAKES Mascot Tremor for a celebrity guest appearance at your company
event.

TOTAL NET ANNUAL INVESTMENT $15,700
In exchange for the above promotional considerations, CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA -
ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS will make a net cash investment of $15,700 per year to the Rancho
Cucamonga Quakes. One payment of $15,700 will be due on April 1 of each year of this
agreement.
This agreement can be signed with a one or three-year term covering the Rancho Cucamonga
Quakes 2026, 2027 and 2028 seasons. If signed as a three-year agreement, there will be no
increase in year two and a 3% price increase in year three of this agreement.

under the heading “general terms and conditions”.
RENEWAL CLAUSE - CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS will have
first right of refusal to renew these marketing elements for the Quakes season following the term of this
agreement. The Rancho Cucamonga Quakes will make best efforts to present a renewal option to CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS prior to November 15th and hold these
elements exclusively for CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS until
December 31st. If a new agreement is not fully signed and executed by that time, CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA - ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS will still have the opportunity to renew, but all elements
will be released into inventory and subject to availability from that point forward.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement:
1.This Agreement and the rights, exclusivities and protections granted by (RANCHO CUCAMONGA
QUAKES) to (City of Rancho Cucamonga - Environmental Programs) hereunder shall, at the request
of MLB Professional Development Leagues, LLC (“MLB PDL”), be subject to its review and written
approval, and shall in all respects be subordinate to, and shall not prevent the issuance, entering
into, or amendment of, any of the following, each as may be issued, entered into or amended from
time to time (collectively, the “PDL Documents”): (i) any present or future agreements or
arrangements entered into by, or on behalf of MLB PDL and/or any of its respective present or future
affiliates, assigns or successors (collectively, the “PDL Entities”) that are specifically related to or
generally applicable to the player development league system including the RANCHO
CUCAMONGA QUAKESs, including, without limitation, the player development license agreement
entered into between (RANCHO CUCAMONGA QUAKES) and MLB PDL; and (ii) the present and
future mandates, rules, regulations, policies, practices, bulletins, by-laws, directives or guidelines
issued or adopted by, or on behalf of, MLB PDL, any other PDL Entity and/or the Commissioner of
Baseball that are specifically related to or generally applicable to the player development league
system or one or more of the RANCHO CUCAMONGA QUAKESs. The issuance, entering into,
amendment, or implementation of any of the PDL Documents shall be at no cost or liability to any
PDL Entity or to any individual or entity related thereto [, except for the reduction in fees payable to
(RANCHO CUCAMONGA QUAKES) and specifically referenced in [Paragraph] [Section] __ hereof].
2.The territory within which (City of Rancho Cucamonga - Environmental Programs) is granted rights
hereunder is limited to, and nothing herein shall be construed as conferring on (City of Rancho
Cucamonga - Environmental Programs) rights in areas outside of, the Marketing Territory of
(RANCHO CUCAMONGA QUAKES), as established and amended from time to time pursuant to the
PDL Documents.
3.No rights, exclusivities or obligations involving Interactive Media are conferred by this Agreement,
except as specifically approved in writing by the applicable PDL Entity. For purposes of this provision,
“Interactive Media” shall mean (i) the Internet or any other on-line system or computer network; (ii)
any interactive wireless service, including, without limitation, any interactive microwave or cellular
service; (iii) any interactive satellite service; (iv) any interactive broadcast television, broadcast radio
or cable television service; and (v) any other medium of interactive communication now known or
hereafter devised.
1.In addition to any other rights or remedies to which (RANCHO CUCAMONGA QUAKES) may be
entitled at law or in equity, (RANCHO CUCAMONGA QUAKES) shall have the right, at no cost or
liability to it or any other RANCHO CUCAMONGA QUAKES, Major League Baseball Club or any
PDL Entity, to terminate this Agreement at any time (City of Rancho Cucamonga - Environmental
Programs) breaches its obligations under Paragraph 1, 2 or 3 above. The right to terminate shall be
exercisable by delivering written notice to (City of Rancho Cucamonga - Environmental Programs)
within 30 days after the (RANCHO CUCAMONGA QUAKES) obtains actual knowledge that such
breach has occurred and the effective date of such termination shall be no more than 30 days after
the date such notice is given, as by (RANCHO CUCAMONGA QUAKES) in such notice.
