Adiourned Meeting
A. CALL TO ORDER
An adjourned meeting of the Rancho Cucamonga City Council was held on Monday, July 6, 1998, in the
Council Chambers of the Civic Center, located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California.
The meeting was called to order at 6:01 p.m. by Mayor William J. Alexander.
Present were Councilmembers: Paul Biane, James Curatalo, Diane Williams, and Mayor William J.
Alexander.

APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION RESULTS

RESOLUTION NO. 98-120
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RECITING THE FACT OF THE SPECIAL
MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD IN SAID CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA ON
THE 2ND DAY OF JUNE, 1998, DECLARING THE RESULT THEREOF AND SUCH
OTHER MATTERS AS ARE PROVIDED BY LAW
MOTION: Moved by Biane, seconded by Williams to approve Resolution No. 98-120.
unanimously, 4-0.
B2. ADMINISTRATION OF OATH OF OFFICE
Motion carried
The Honorable Judge Jeffrey King, San Bernardino County Superior Court, administered the oath of office
to Bob Dutton, Councilmember.
Judge King presented to Mr. Dutton a Certificate of Election and said he thinks this is an extremely well-
deserved honor and truly believes the citizens of Rancho Cucamonga will be very pleased with their choice.

No communications were made from the public.
D. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Moved by Dutton, seconded by Curatalo to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously, 5-0. Meeting
adjourned at 6:06 p.m.
