A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
RCMU SUBSTATION FENCING AND PAVEMENT
REHABILITATION IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 07-064
AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the RCMU Substation Fencing and Pavement Rehabilitation
Improvements, Contract No. 07-064, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer, and
. WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete. .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
