A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT EXTENSION AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 15982-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on November 19,
2008, by KB Home Greater Los Angeles, Inc., as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located
on the northeast corner of Day Creek Boulevard and Wilson Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with
the development of said Tract 15982-1; and
WHEREAS, said rImprovement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
